FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

  • How do I purchase an EditArea website?
    If you’ve already started a free trial, all you have to do is access your trial site, with your username and password, and click on “Subscription Info” on the bottom left-hand corner.
    If you haven’t started a free trial yet, click here to do so.

     
  • Can I use a domain I already have with my new EditArea website? 
    Yes, just ask our staff for instructions on how to set the A-record and the MX-record that you can find in the control panel provided by your mantainer (where you bought your domain) and, in case of any problems, we'll help you.

     

  • My current site is big and I don’t have time to copy it onto EditArea. Can you do it for me? 
    Yes, we can. Write to us at support@editarea.com, specifying the address of the website or the material you want to put online. We’ll send you a quote.

     

  • What system requirements do I need to use EditArea? 
    EditArea is compatible with most browsers and operating systems.
    The requirements page lists them.

     
  • Can I send email messages to advertise my site or my services? 
    Yes, but by following our Anti-spam rules.
